All returns must arrive back to us in the same condition they have been sent out, in a saleable condition (except for damaged items). All items contained within packages must all be present. Any missing part returns will be sent back to you in this condition and an exchange will not be issued.
The cost and risk of returning an item to us is at your discretion and we are not responsible for any items that go missing or get damaged on return. The product will remain your responsibility until it has been received at Esther's Fairytale House as a return.
Upon receipt of the item our team will inspect it and then contact you with information about your return and exchange. Please allow up to 7 days for this.
If you find your item faulty (again we hope this not to be the case) we will offer a full refund. Please let us know via email within 3 days of receiving your item. All above principles apply for return.
